The HIUG committee unfortunately feels that it is necessary to cancel ALL training meetings for the foreseeable future. This specifically applies o the planned meetings in Limerick, Carrickmacross, Clonmel and Cork.
The advice being issued during the Corona virus outbreak is that the consequences of a group of doctors and staff being forced into self-isolation as a result of unforeseen contact during any of these meetings is such, that the risk, albeit small, outweighs the benefits of hosting these Training days.
The two most significant new topics currently being discussed in training are the Chronic Disease Management module and Electronic Medical Certification. We are in the final stages of beta-testing these modules and hope that they will be available to all users very soon. When they are released, users will have access the usual high quality online support though our YouTube channel and by using the F1 button in HealthOne itself.
